FC6-48 exhaust ventilator for textile industry

FC6-48-11 Exhaust ventilators are made for exhaust system in textile mills to clean cotton and induce fallen cotton.This product can also used to deliver raw cotton,wool and other matters with fiber.

The fans can be left-rotated and right rotated.If the impeller clockwise rotates from the motor side or bearing pedestal side,the fan is clockwise  rotated fan.On the contrary,it is reversely rotated fan.The outlet position is showed by the angles of the fans' outlet.

There are totally 10 sizes and they are driven in type C or type A.You can choose according to your situation.

The fans are mainly made up of impeller,inlet,transmission part,pedestal,protective part,etc.The impeller is cast from 8 or 10 pcs of straight blades and spindles.They have been dynamic balancing corrected and operating steadily.The material is an alloy of aluminum so the fans are explosion-proof.The semi-open impeller enable the fans to avoid being adhesive and being blocked.
